Chelsea could be without up to four players due to injury for Sunday's pre-season friendly against London rivals Arsenal.
Thomas Tuchel confirmed after their 5-3 defeat on penalties to Charlotte FC on Thursday that Timo Werner and Ross Barkley are both suffering with hamstring injuries, while Cesar Azpilicueta picked up a knock to his knee in an accidental collision with goalkeeper Edouard Mendy in training.
Spanish stopper Kepa Arrizabalaga is also suffering with discomfort, so Mendy is expected to start again between the sticks.
Summer signing Raheem Sterling made his Chelsea debut off the bench against Charlotte and is expected to feature against Arsenal, while fellow new recruit Kalidou Koulibaly was not involved on Thursday, after taking part in only two training sessions with his new teammates following his move from Napoli.
It remains to be seen whether the 31-year-old centre-back will be handed his debut against the Gunners, while the likes of Thiago Silva, Trevoh Chalobah and Malang Sarr will also be hoping to start in the back three.
Christian Pulisic, who scored against Charlotte, could feature in attack with Sterling, and Kai Havertz will be looking to join them after beginning on the bench last time out.
Michy Batshuayi, Emerson Palmieri, Conor Gallagher and Ethan Ampadu, who all spent time on loan last season, will be hoping to impress Tuchel if they are given another run-out on Sunday.
Chelsea possible starting lineup: Mendy; Chalobah, Silva, Koulibaly; James, Jorginho, Kovasic, Chilwell; Pulisic, Havertz, Sterling
