Jack Wilshere welcomes Danny Welbeck to Arsenal

Jack Wilshere takes to Instagram to praise Arsenal's signing of Danny Welbeck from Manchester United.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has described the club's new signing Danny Welbeck as a "great player".

The 23-year-old joined the Gunners last night from Manchester United in a deal thought to be worth around £16m.

With the pair both on international duty with England, Wilshere took the opportunity to post a picture alongside his new teammate on Instagram.

Welbeck could make his Arsenal debut a week on Saturday against Manchester City.
