Jack Wilshere continues his comeback from a serious knee injury by playing 90 minutes for Arsenal's reserves on Wednesday.

Jack Wilshere continued his comeback from injury by playing 90 minutes for Arsenal's reserves against Chelsea on Wednesday.

The midfielder, who has been sidelined for over a year with a serious ankle injury, took part in a full game for the first time since he started his rehabilitation programme.

The 20-year-old is expected to feature again for the reserves when they visit Everton on Monday.

Emmanuel Frimpong also took part on Wednesday as he looks to make his return from a knee injury.
