Arsenal's Jack Wilshere eyes good pre-season

Jack Wilshere reveals that he wants a productive pre-season on Arsenal's tour of Asia.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has revealed that he wants a productive pre-season on the club's tour of Asia.

The 21-year-old has recently returned to fitness following a series of injuries throughout the past two campaigns.

"The last two years I have missed pre-season so to get one under my belt now will be really helpful," Wilshere told the club's official website.

"I played 25 minutes against Vietnam, so the next step will be to play 45 minutes and go on from there.

"I am feeling good and it is just down to getting the games under my belt and I'm sure the boss will give me them."

The Gunners continue their schedule on Monday when they face Japanese side Nagoya Grampus.
