Arsene Wenger: 'Arsenal can still win Premier League title'

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger concedes that Manchester City boast a "more complete" squad than he does, but says that the Premier League title race is not over.

Arsene Wenger has maintained that Arsenal can still win the Premier League title, despite the "massive" nine-point gap on leaders Chelsea.

The Gunners have made a somewhat slow start to the campaign, dropping points against Leicester City, Everton and Tottenham, while also failing to get the better of London rivals Chelsea and champions Manchester City.

Despite this, Wenger remains confident that his side can still capture their first league crown in 11 years this season.

"It is massive, the nine points after seven games, I agree completely, but it is not lost," the Frenchman told beIN Sports. "I believe that maybe, going forward, City are a bit more complete.

"City are more offensive. Chelsea defensively are better but it's very difficult to say who will be in front but what we want to do is be in front of both of them."

Arsenal return to action this weekend when they take on Hull City at the Emirates Stadium.
