Arjen Robben: 'Jack Wilshere could leave Arsenal'

Arjen Robben believes that Jack Wilshere may leave Arsenal in order to win trophies.

Arjen Robben has said that Arsenal could struggle to hold on to Jack Wilshere if their trophy drought continues.

The Gunners, who have not won silverware since 2005, are still in the Champions League, but trail 3-1 to Bayern Munich after the first leg of their last-16 tie.

The Bayern forward told the Daily Star: "I don't know if Arsenal can keep him if they are not winning things. It's always difficult to judge that about another player.

"But you can see that Wilshere is a very big talent and he is only young still. He's just 21 years old. He will definitely be a big player."

Manager Arsene Wenger has previously suggested that Wilshere could be a future club captain.
