Aaron Ramsey hails Arsenal win, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain return

Aaron Ramsey lauds the return of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain during Arsenal's win at Aston Villa on Monday.

Aaron Ramsey has outlined his delight at seeing teammate Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain return from a five-month absence during Arsenal's win at Aston Villa on Monday night.

Jack Wilshere and Olivier Giroud scored the goals as the Gunners held on for a 2-1 win at Villa Park following a late Christian Benteke response, in a match that saw Oxlade-Chamberlain play his match since August having recovered from a knee injury.

"Great goals by Jack and Giroud, get in there!" Ramsey tweeted. "Well done lads, had to hold on at the end but did well to see it out. Great to see Chambo make his comeback too. Night everyone!"

Ramsey is currently out with a thigh injury that he suffered on Boxing Day.
