Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger reveals that Abou Diaby will out for at least three weeks with a thigh strain suffered during the Gunners' 2-1 defeat to Chelsea.

Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby will be out for a minimum of three weeks with a thigh injury, Arsene Wenger has confirmed.

Diaby was forced off after just 17 minutes as Arsenal slipped to their first defeat of the season at home to Chelsea.

The Gunners conceded just minutes after Diaby was replaced by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the 2-1 defeat at the Emirates.

Wenger revealed in the post-match press conference that Diaby has suffered a thigh strain that will keep the French international on the sidelines for at least three weeks.
