AC Milan have reportedly put Roma striker Edin Dzeko at the top of their summer transfer target list.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina international almost made a January move to Premier League champions Chelsea, but it is now being suggested that Milan could swoop for the 31-year-old frontman.
According to Tuttosport, coach Gennaro Gattuso is keen to add another striker to his squad when he rebuilds during the summer, potentially leading to a £22m bid for the former Manchester City forward.
The same report also suggests that AC could be prepared to offer the striker a £4m-a-year deal plus add-ons in order to prise him away from Rome.
Dzeko has bagged 11 Serie A goals in 24 appearances this term.
