Great Britain notched up their third diving medal at the European Games today as James Heatly and Ross Haslam claimed silver in the men's 3m synchro.
The pair posted a final score of 286.05 for the second podium spot, having been beaten to gold by Russia's Ilia Molchanov and Nikita Nikolaev, who had an impressive total of 324.69.
Sports Mole grabbed a word with Heatly and Haslam moments after their final dive to see how they were feeling.
Congratulations boys! What did you expect from today?
Haslam: "We wanted to go out there and dive a PB, get all our dives in, and it wasn't that way today but we still came out of it with a silver medal. You can't be too disappointed, can you?"
Heatly: "We wanted to go out there and do a good performance to see where that would put us. Our PB is not far off what the Russians got today, so if we could match that or go even further [we would have a gold]. Everybody else dropped dives so the fact that we were able to keep ourselves up there and come on top of the rest of them was good."

You also got a silver at the British Championships a few months ago. How have you progressed since then?
Haslam: "Since the British Championships we then won gold at a competition in Sweden called Seven Nations. We posted a PB there. Since then we've been training, but he lives in Edinburgh and I live in Sheffield so we've been going back and forth - mainly him coming to Sheffield actually!"
James, you have another event in the morning. Are you going to be able to sleep tonight?
Heatly: "Hopefully! I don't know, we're getting weighed down with that medal! But hopefully I can sleep."

You got a bronze yesterday, a silver today, so tomorrow...
Heatly: "Haha, who knows? We'll see what happens. Fingers crossed."
Your job is done now Ross. How are you going to spend the rest of your time here?
Haslam: "Well obviously I'm going to be watching and supporting. For the diving team especially, we are a massive family - as cringey as that sounds - and we do love each other. So I'm obviously going to be screaming them on but I think I'm just going to relax and enjoy this experience, because it has been incredible up to now."
You can enjoy the Athletes' Village too - I hear it's been amazing.
Heatly: "You can eat as much as you want now, Ross!"
Haslam: "I can really tuck in in the dining hall. The Village is incredible. When I first heard about Baku and the European Games, I expected to come in and it be a little hotel but it's completely not that. There's massive apartments - I've got an apartment bigger than my bedroom at home! I don't know what to do with the space!"
