Olympic diver Tom Daley reflects on "great" 12 months

British Olympic diver Tom Daley reflects on a "great" 12 months of his career following his move to London.

British Olympic diver Tom Daley has expressed his belief that he has made "real progress" over the last 12 months.

The 20-year-old, who has been training at the London Aquatics Centre since January last year, won medals at the FINA Diving World Series, Commonwealth Games and European Championships.

Daley has also been undertaking a new weights and cardio programme with coach Jane Figueiredo.

"It's been a great 12 months," swimming.org quotes Daley as saying. "The London Aquatics Centre is a great place to train and I feel Jane and I have made real progress this year with my dives. The time was right for me to make a change and I'm so happy with how well everything has gone."

Daley scooped bronze at the London 2012 Olympics.
