British Cycling's Shane Sutton: "Our winning mentality is coming back"

British Cycling technical director Shane Sutton says that the team's "winning mentality" is returning following a four gold medal haul at the UCI Track Cycling World Cup.

British Cycling technical director Shane Sutton believes that the team's "winning mentality" is returning following a successful spell at the UCI Track Cycling World Cup in London.

Britain nabbed four gold medals overall, with Laura Trott claiming the top spot on the podium after beating Belgium's Jolien D'Hoore by 12 points in the final race of six disciplines.

"Our winning mentality is coming back," BBC Sport quotes Sutton as saying. "We're starting to get some results. We're not just relying on the women's team pursuit winning."

Britain's men also won gold in the team pursuit and madison.
