Team England cyclist Jason Kenny has admitted that he won't be resting on his laurels as he prepares for action in the men's individual sprint at the Commonwealth Games.
Kenny was part of the three-man side that won the silver medal in the team sprint on Thursday as England finished behind New Zealand in the gold medal race.
Despite his success, the 26-year-old is determined to go out and win as much as he can.
He told BBC Sport: "I don't ever spend too long patting myself on the back. I remain focused on winning as many races as possible, which is hard enough.
"In the sprint people talk about tactics but the best tactic is speed at the end of the day, I just want to win and I'd rather be out in front with bad tactics."
Kenny will continue in his campaign in the men's sprint later today.
