Sri Lanka lose two more wickets as they reach tea on 133-3 against Pakistan

Sri Lanka lose two wickets in the afternoon session to reach tea on day one of the third Test against Pakistan on 133-3.

Sri Lanka have managed to keep steady progress on day one of the third Test against Pakistan after losing two more wickets in the afternoon session in Sharjah.

Sri Lanka managed to fight back after losing Kaushal Silva in the morning session with Dimuth Karunaratne and Kumar Sangakkara leading the charge.

After lunch, Karunaratne's stint at the crease ended briefly having taken 34 runs from 93 balls, but Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene managed to frustrate the Pakistan bowlers with their partnership.

Junaid Khan eventually found the breakthrough for Pakistan by dismissing Sangakkara for 52.

Jayawardene (25) and Dinesh Chandimal remain unbeaten for Sri Lanka.
