Sri Lanka trail Australia by 201 runs from 90 overs with five wickets remaining at tea on Sunday morning.

The Aussies declared on 450-5 with the runs coming from Michael Hussey, who scored an impressive 115 and Phillip Hughes and Michael Clarke who scored 86 and 74 respectively.

The Sri Lankans runs were scored by Tillakaratne Dilshan, who claimed 132 not out for the visitors as Angelo Matthews was dismissed for 45 by Peter Siddle, with Dimuth Karunaratne helping himself to 14 not out.

The first Test of the series is being played at Hobart.
