Rain claims second morning of Durban test

Rain claims the morning of the second Test between South Africa and India at Kingsmead.

South Africa and India both went to an early lunch after rain ruled out the morning session on day two of the second and final Test at Kingsmead.

The steady rain throughout the morning made play impossible, forcing the delay until after lunch.

The inclement weather means that India are unable to add to their 181 for one from the first day, which was also cut short to 61 overs due to bad light.

When the teams finally make it back onto the field, Murali Vijay will resume on 91 and Cheteshwar Pujara on 58.
