India dismiss Bangladesh for 58

India bowl out Bangladesh for just 58 runs as the former of the two nations win through in Dhaka.

India recorded a 47-run victory over Bangladesh in a rain-affected one-day international between the two nations in Dhaka this afternoon.

It appeared that Bangladesh had given themselves a major opportunity to win the encounter as they dismissed their Indian counterparts for just 105 runs. The pick of the bowlers was Taskin Ahmed, who claimed five wickets on what was his international debut.

However, Bangladesh lost wickets at regular intervals over the course of their innings, which lasted just 17.4 overs as they were bowled out for only 58 runs.

Stuart Binny claimed six Bangladesh wickets at the cost of just four runs, which is the best ever figure for an Indian bowler.

It was also the lowest number of combined runs scored by two teams in an ODI in which 20 wickets have fallen.
