Australia clinch the five-match one-day international series after beating England by eight wickets in Sunday's decider at Old Trafford for a 3-2 series victory.

Led by Mitchell Marsh (4-27) and John Hastings (3-21), the tourists reduced England to 85-7 before eventually dismissing them for 138 in 33 overs.

Aaron Finch (70*) and George Bailey (41*) then combined for an unbeaten stand of 109 as Australia raced to the winning target in 24.2 overs.

To make things worse for England, captain Eoin Morgan was forced to retire hurt with a concussion after being hit on the side of his helmet by a a 90mph bouncer from Mitchell Starc.
