Steven Finn ruled out of England's entire UAE tour with foot injury

England bowler Steven Finn is ruled out of the entire UAE tour with a bone stress injury to his left foot.

England have confirmed that fast bowler Steven Finn will not play any part in the team's tour of the United Arab Emirates due to a foot injury.

The 26-year-old was ruled out of the opening Test against Pakistan, which got underway on Tuesday, with a bone stress injury to his left foot.

It has now been confirmed that Finn will not recover in time to compete in the remaining Test and one-day international fixtures during England's time overseas.

Sussex pace bowler Chris Jordan has been called up as Finn's replacement and will arrive in the UAE during the first Test against Pakistan.

The ECB claimed in a statement that Finn's injury "requires a period of off-loading to aid recovery" and that he will return to the UK today to undergo further assessment.
