Jonathan Trott has warned his England teammates to guard against complacency during the upcoming Ashes in Australia.
The tourists go into series having won the last three encounters between the two rivals.
However, despite the recent positive results against the Aussies, number three batsman Trott has insisted that England must find the "right balance" if they are to emerge victorious for a fourth time in succession.
"It's a bit of a Catch-22 because you have fond memories so that can maybe lead to you being a little complacent thinking that I've done it before, whereas if you'd had a bad experience you'd work extra hard. So you've got to find the right balance," he told Sky Sports News.
The first Test will get underway in Brisbane on Thursday, November 21.
