Australia bowler Mitchell Starc has suggested that Trevor Bayliss will make a positive impact as England coach.
The Australian will take charge for the first time when England face the Baggy Greens in the forthcoming Ashes series.
Starc, who has worked with Bayliss for New South Wales and the Sydney Sixers, has claimed that it might take some time for the English players to adapt to his methods.
"TB is a great coach. He's done really well for New South Wales and at the Sydney Sixers as well," Starc told Sky Sports News.
"I think he'll do well. I'm not sure how the English will respond to his way of coaching. I guess it's a very Australian way, if you like.
"New South Wales and the Sixers were quite a laid back group as well and I think we responded well. He spent a lot of time with us. He's a great head coach, and man manager, and the fact he is quite calm and relaxed sort of instills that in the group, and that's one of his great attributes."
The Ashes begins in Cardiff on July 8.
