Justin Langer to take charge of Australia

Justin Langer will take temporary charge of Australia for the triangular series in the Caribbean next June.

Australia's one-day side will be coached by former batsman Justin Langer during next year's triangular series.

Current coach Darren Lehmann has been granted permission to sit out of the June encounters in the Caribbean, which will see the Aussies take on South Africa and the West Indies.

Lehmann will then return to work the following month when Australia tour Sri Lanka.

Langer, who scored 7,696 Test runs for his country, is currently the head coach of Western Australia and the Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League.
