Michael Clarke has insisted that Australia will take the positives from their tour of England this summer.
Australia recovered from defeat in the Ashes to claim victory in the one-day international series, and Clarke believes that his team will benefit from the momentum gained towards the end of their time in England.
"At the end of the day the result says 3-0 in the Ashes series and it says 2-1 to us in the one-day series," the Australian skipper told reporters.
"It's really important for us to stay nice and positive and look at the positives that have come out of the tour, but we need to make sure we're putting the results on the board and getting those wins."
"It was a good win for us in the one-day series and we just need to keep that momentum going."
Australia's next challenge will be the seven-match ODI series and a solitary Twenty20 clash in India, beginning in October.
