Legendary bowler Shane Warne has backed Mitchell Johnson to "shake up" the England batsmen during the upcoming Ashes war.
The Baggy Greens unveiled their team for the first Test on Tuesday morning, with the 32-year-old included in the side following an injury to Mitchell Starc.
Johnson, who was overlooked for the summer Ashes series in England, has been in impressive form for Australia in the the recent one-day internationals, and Warne believes that he will shine against the Three Lions.
"He's forced his way in through bowling some serious pace. He's going to shake the English side up," Warne told Sky Sports News.
"He's a bit older, a bit more mature and knows his role a bit better, knows his body better, knows how he bowls. His role's going to be go out to just bowl quick."
The first Test gets underway in Brisbane next week.
