Darren Lehmann says that there will be no more players added to Australia's Ashes squad, despite their two defeats.

Australia coach Darren Lehmann has insisted that there will be no new players called up for the three remaining Ashes Tests.

The tourists have lost the opening two matches, meaning that they must win each of the last three to regain the urn.

However, despite a heavy defeat last time out at Lord's, Lehmann has urged his batsmen to improve, rather than seek alternative options.

"No [we won't call-up any more players]. We've certainly got to bat better - we know that. 55 overs in the first innings is not acceptable for this group so we've got to get better at batting, full stop," he said.

The Aussies will play a three-day game against Sussex next weekend before the third Test at Old Trafford on August 1.
