Puerto Rico's Felix Verdejo Sanchez has disposed of Tunisia's Ahmed Mejri to reach the quarter-finals of the lightweight division.
Verdejo started well against by planting one on the Tunisian's chin with a straight right.
The Puerto Rican's speed was proving too much for Mejri to handle and a fast combination to the body helped him to create a six-point cushion after two rounds.
The Tunisian pinned Verdejo against the ropes and unloaded on the Puerto Rican, but was caught with a right hand as he went to work.
Verdejo coped well with the pressure that Mejri exerted in the final round and came through 16-7 with relative ease.
