IBF heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua has revealed that he intends to box for a further five years before retiring.
The British Olympic gold medallist has an unblemished record having won 17 bouts, all by way of knockout.
Joshua defended his world title with a seventh-round stoppage win over Dominic Breazeale in June, and he intends to keep hold of the belt this weekend.
The heavyweight star will take on Eric Molina at the Manchester Arena on Saturday before turning his attention to a potential clash against Wladimir Klitschko for the WBA title.
Despite turning pro just three years ago, Joshua is already thinking about when he will hang up his gloves.
"I'm 27 now. Maybe I'll be around for another five years," The Mirror quotes Joshua as saying. "The legacy I will leave is that I've come up the hard way, stayed true to myself.
"I'm a kid from Finchley, who went down the gym to get a bit of fitness, and I have ended up leaving a legacy behind. It wouldn't have been possible unless you stay true to yourself. I wasn't chasing money, I was just on a self-development course. I can finish in five years, provided everything goes to plan."
Joshua has never gone further than seven rounds in a fight.
