David Haye sets sights on Wladimir Klitschko rematch

David Haye says that he would "love" to take on Wladimir Klitschko again.

David Haye has revealed that he has his sights set on a rematch with Wladimir Klitschko.

The Hayemaker, who lost his WBA heavyweight title to Klitschko in 2011, said that he would "love" to have another shot at the Ukrainian powerhouse.

The Briton will return to the ring in January next year with a bout against Mark de Mori, his first fight since he squared off against Dereck Chisora in 2012.

"I'd love it, obviously I have to earn the shot," he told Omnisport when quizzed about a potential Klitschko rematch.

"I'd like the opportunity again, I think the first time around I didn't get it right, I under-performed, and given a different set of circumstances, I can do a hell of a lot better."

Haye also declared that his ultimate goal is to eventually reclaim the heavyweight title.
