Tyson Fury's promoter Mick Hennessey has revealed that the fighter is "upset, annoyed and frustrated" after David Haye pulled out of their heavyweight clash.
Haye withdrew from the fight, due to take place next weekend, due to a cut that he sustained in sparring last night.
Hennessy criticised Haye for risking sparring so close to the fight and admitted that they are looking to reschedule.
"Tyson and his uncle Peter (his trainer) are very upset, annoyed and frustrated," Hennessy told The Daily Telegraph.
"Tyson would not have been sparring a week from the event, so close to the fight. If he was sparring without a head guard, that is beyond belief at this stage. Tyson would not cancel a fight under any circumstances.
"We would have to drag him out of it. We are looking at all the variables, the dust needs to settle, we are trying to cover every option. I believe this fight should happen."
Haye's manager and trainer Adam Booth also revealed that talks are ongoing to reschedule the fight.
