Vitali Klitschko's manager believes that there is a "good chance" that David Haye will come out of retirement.

Former heavyweight champion David Haye has a "good chance" of fighting Vitali Klitschko despite announcing his retirement, according to boxing manager Bernd Boente.

Boente, who is the manager of Vitali, believes that the British boxer will consider coming out of retirement to fight him or brother Wladimir if the money is right.

"I think Haye will only come back if the opponent is Vitali or Wladimir [Klitschko]," Boente told talkSPORT. "I think there is a good chance we will see Vitali against David Haye but also, as I said before, we will not discuss this in public.

"Adam Booth and I will have a chat and then we will see if it makes sense or not. I personally think David Haye is not afraid of fighting Vitali.

"I think it's a case of the business and if it's right for both sides and we find a compromise then I think the fight is on."

Haye lost his fight against Wladimir Klitschko in July on points, later blaming the defeat on a broken toe.
