Ilyas Suleimenov of Kazakhstan has won a scrappy flyweight contest against Sweden's Salomo Ntuve.
Both men started at a blistering pace, but it was Suleimenov who got the better of the opening exchanges, taking a one-point lead.
The fight was very sloppy and disjointed, and the referee was continually forced to intervene and give instructions.
The Kazakh led by three points going into the decider, but was docked two points when the referee judged that he threw the Swede to the ground.
It was the last time of many that Ntuve had been sent sprawling.
The result was more or less confirmed when Ntuve was penalised for persistent holding.
In the end, Suleimanov won though 13-8.
