Custio Clayton: "I couldn't ask for better fans"

Canada boxer Custio Clayton praises the Scottish supporters following his opening-round win in the Commonwealth Games.

Canada boxer Custio Clayton has said that he "couldn't ask for better fans" following his opening-round win in the Commonwealth Games.

Clayton, who beat Jonathan Francois in Glasgow, is now just one bout away from the quarter-finals of the competition.

"I couldn't ask for better fans. They love boxing and it is just great to be here in Scotland," he told Sports Mole.

"Glasgow is a great place to be and I am loving it here right now."

Clayton will meet Carl Heild in the next round.
