The Orlando Magic will reportedly wait until the Chicago Bulls are no longer involved in the NBA playoffs to appoint their new coach as they want to speak with Tom Thibodeau.
The Bulls are expected to part company with the coach at the end of the campaign, having failed to reach the NBA finals during his five-season spell in charge.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, the Magic have already identified a number of potential candidates, but have not officially started the search for their new coach because they are waiting to see whether Thibodeau will be available.
Orlando fired Jacque Vaughn midway through the season, placing James Borrego in temporary charge of the side.
