Memphis Grizzlies owner Robert Pera revealed on Sunday that the franchise will be keeping Dave Joerger as head coach.
Joerger was expected to depart the team as part of Pera's plans to reshuffle his staff after the Grizzlies exited the playoffs in the first round due to defeat at the hands of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
However, Pera has taken to Twitter to confirm that Joerger will not be making the switch to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the near future.
@JohnnyNBA I think Dave is a great coach. But, personnel has to want to be in Memphis. I know now Dave 100% wants to be here

Joerger still has two years remaining on his current deal.
