Former Dallas Mavericks star Amar'e Stoudemire is reportedly set to meet with the Miami Heat to discuss signing a deal.
The 32-year-old split last season between the New York Knicks and the Mavs, helping the latter to make the playoffs.
Stoudemire averaged 11.5 points per game last season on 55.7% shooting, featuring in 59 games in total.
The veteran forward is said to be strongly considering the Heat, and has a meeting scheduled with team president Pat Riley on Friday.
