Indiana Pacers ease to comfortable victory

Paul George scores 24 points for the Indiana Pacers, who record a comfortable 106-79 victory over the Boston Celtics.

Paul George scored 24 points as the Indiana Pacers beat the Boston Celtics 106-79 at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Sunday night.

Lance Stephenson recorded 12 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds for his third triple-double of the season as another dominant display from the Pacers earned them their 13th home triumph of the season.

Boston only led for a short period early in the first quarter of the game as they struggled to deal with the numerous threats from the hosts.

Avery Bradley topped the scoring charts for the Celtics with 13 points and Boston have now lost 17 times in the current campaign.

Despite two defeats last week, the Pacers have the best record of the teams in the Eastern Conference.
