Cleveland Cavaliers' Matthew Dellavedova has claimed that his experience was crucial in scoring two free throws late in the match to guide his side to a 95-93 victory over the Golden State Warriors.
The Cavaliers trailed late in the match after Stephen Curry put the Warriors ahead with 29 seconds left, but Dellavedova won a penalty and held his nerve to sink the two shots, which proved to be vital in helping David Blatt's men to tie the series at 1-1.
"That's the classic thing you practice as a kid growing up," Dellavedova told reporters. "I felt like I've been in that situation a million times before."
Game three of the series takes place on Tuesday in Cleveland.
