DeMarcus Cousins leads Sacramento Kings past Chicago Bulls

DeMarcus Cousins scores 22 points to lead the Sacramento Kings to a 103-88 win over the Chicago Bulls.

The Chicago Bulls suffered their first away defeat of the season with a 103-88 loss to the Sacramento Kings at the Sleep Train Arena.

The visitors started the game well, opening up a seven-point advantage in the first quarter, with Aaron Brooks and Jimmy Butler both causing problems for Sacramento.

However, the home side began to find their rhythm in the second quarter, allowing Rudy Gay and DeMarcus Cousins to put the Kings ahead going into half time.

Cousins and Darren Collison continued to pile the points on in the second half for the hosts, allowing them to open up a comfortable lead going into the last quarter, letting them clinch the win.

The result sees the Bulls slip to 8-4, while the Kings move on to 7-5.
