The International Paralympics Committee have confirmed that South African sprinter Oscar Pistorius will not face any disciplinary action following his blades blast.
The 25-year-old sparked controversy after suggesting that Alan Oliveira of Brazil's artificial legs, known as blades, were too long after he snatched Pistorius's T44 200m title at the Olympic Stadium on Sunday.
IPC communications director Craig Spence said: "There will be no disciplinary action against Oscar for his comments."
Pistorius, who will be competing in the 100m and 400m events, apologised for the timing of his comments but has stood firm on his notion that the IPC should review the rules.
