Khatuna Narimanidze delighted after dramatic finish against Great Britain

Georgia's Khatuna Narimanidze admits that her "heart was pounding" after the decisive arrow in her team's victory over Great Britain in the women's archery last 16.

Khatuna Narimanidze has admitted that she was almost speechless after securing victory for Georgia with the final arrow of their women's team archery last-16 match with Great Britain.

With Great Britain edging the fourth set, Narimanidze required maximum points with her last attempt, and she hit the desired target to secure a 5-3 triumph for her side.

The 41-year-old told reporters: "My heart was pounding and my legs were shaking. I still cannot talk about it but what matters is the win.

"Yesterday I was relaxed. Today I was very nervous. I wanted to win very badly."

Georgia will now face Ukraine for a place in the semi-finals.
