Netherlands athlete Esther Deden has said that her shock victory over Wioleta Myszor in the women's individual archery provided her with a "really good experience".
The Dutch archer, who is ranked at number 47, produced a promising display at the Tofiq Bahramov Stadium in Baku on Friday in order to knock out her number 18-ranked opponent.
"I thought I had a pretty good chance. In the European Championships last year, I was ranked about 30th and I beat the number one," Deden told reporters after her win.
"But I was really nervous. At one point I looked at my finger on the arrow and the arrow was shaking. I have never shot in a finals field like this with all the cameras. It was a really good experience."
The Netherlands hold 16th place in the tournament's medals table.
