The Seattle Seahawks have beaten the Washington Redskins 24-14 in their Wildcard playoff encounter at the FedEx Field.
The Seahawks will now take on the Atlanta Falcons next weekend in the Divisional round.

Hauschka kicked between the posts again to on the stroke of half time to cut the Redskins' lead down to a single point.
Both teams failed to notch up any points in a cagey third quarter, but Marshawn Lynch went over with seven minutes remaining to give the Seahawks the lead for the first time in the match. They then made the score 21-14 thanks to a two-point conversion.
The triumph was sealed with five minutes left on the clock thanks to another Hauschka field goal.
