Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan has defended quarterback Robert Griffin III through his side's poor run of form in the NFL.
Shanahan said that he was behind his quarterback and that as a team the Redskins win or lose together, rather than one player taking all the blame.
"First of all, everybody is going to look at the quarterback," he told the club's official website. "It's just the nature of the business with the won-loss record.
"We all understand you win as a team [and] you lose as a team. That's the way we think. That's the way we operate. Not one person loses a game. Everybody loses a game, starting with me."
The Skins have lost their last three games and are 3-8 for the season so far.
