The Washington Redskins have confirmed that they have secured the signing of free agent cornerback Tracy Porter.
The 27-year-old was able to hit the free-agent market as he wasn't signed to a long-term deal by the Oakland Raiders following just one season at the club.
A statement on the Redskins' official website said: "The Washington Redskins announced today that they have signed unrestricted free agent cornerback Tracy Porter."
Porter recorded 66 tackles, 1.5 sacks and two interceptions in the 2013 season for the Raiders.
