Washington Redskins star Robert Griffin III has refused to discuss the head injury that he suffered during the pre-season game against the Detroit Lions.
The incident took place on August 20, with Griffin III being forced to leave the game due to the injury, and the Redskins have insisted that he suffered a concussion.
"Talk to the people who report that stuff. I was in the locker room taking a shower getting ready to watch the rest of the game, so I don't know," he told reporters.
"I am following [the team's] lead, following their protocol, and hopefully I can get out there and play."
Griffin met with a neurologist on Thursday, who cleared the quarterback to play in Saturday's pre-season outing against the Baltimore Ravens.
