Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Munchak has revealed that quarterback Jake Locker is unlikely to return from injury this week.
The 25-year-old sustained a hip injury in his side's win over the New York Jets two weeks ago and has been replaced with backup Ryan Fitzpatrick in the Titans' last two games.
"I think there's always a chance," Munchak told ESPN.com.
"I don't think we're going to sit here [and say no] like in the first two weeks when we knew he wasn't allowed to do football activities where you rule him out.
"Again, it's a process. The odds aren't great by any means, but I think as you start to move forward in your rehab you just wait and see how it works out."
Munchak's side are 3-3 in their season following their defeat to the Seattle Seahawks.
