St Louis Rams want to extend Bradford deal

St Louis Rams admit that they would like to extend quarterback Sam Bradford's contract.

St Louis Rams president Kevin Demoff has admitted that the club would like to extend the contract of 2010 number one Draft pick Sam Bradford.

Bradford has not yet hit the form that made the Rams pick him first overall, but Demoff said that they are not considering alternative quarterbacks.

"We have decided that Sam Bradford is our guy," NFL.com quotes him as saying. "If they came to us and wanted to do a contract extension right now, we'd do it in a minute."

Bradford has thrown for 891 yards and six touchdowns so far this season.
