Tarvaris Jackson will reportedly re-sign with the Seattle Seahawks during this off-season.
The quarterback, who rejoined the team after a spell with the Buffalo Bills for the 2013 season, is due to become a free agent next month.
However, NBC Sports reports that the 30-year-old is keen to continue as Russell Wilson's backup, while the Super Bowl champions also want him to stay.
Jackson played in three games during the regular season for the Seahawks, completing 151 passing yards and a touchdown.
