Ryan Clark condemns Richie Incognito slurs

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark condemns the racial slurs used by Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito towards Jonathan Martin.

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark has claimed that he would have taken issue with Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito's racial abuse of Jonathan Martin had he been on their team.

Martin was subjected to regular harassment and verbal abuse by Incognito last season, forcing him to leave the team and even contemplate committing suicide.

"If I'm sitting at a table with Incognito, and he speaks to Jonathan Martin and used the N-word, I'm not stepping in to save Jonathan Martin or to defend him. I'm stepping in because I'm offended that you even fixed your mouth to say it," Clark told ESPN.

Clark's comments come after it was revealed that the league could enforce a 15-yard penalty against any player heard to use the N-word during a match.
