Half-Time Report: Pittsburgh Steelers in control against Atlanta Falcons

The Pittsburgh Steelers are in control of their NFL clash with the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome, taking a 20-7 lead into the break.

The Pittsburgh Steelers have taken a 20-7 lead into half time of their NFL clash with the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome this evening.

The Steelers opened the scoring on their first drive of the match, but they were forced to settle for just the three points as Shaun Suisham converted from 38 yards.

Suisham added another right at the end of the first quarter to double his side's lead, while William Gay extended it further still early in the second with a 52-yard interception return.

The Falcons finally got on the scoreboard with just over four minutes remaining in the second quarter as Devin Hester collected Matt Ryan's 17-yard pass in the deep right corner of the endzone.

Pittsburgh restored their 13-point lead before the break, however, as Le'Veon Bell forced his way over the line for a one-yard score to put his side comfortably in control at half time.
